Robert Jones is a Charlotte, North Carolina native and has worked in the Information Technology business his entire career. After completing his education at Wake Forest University, Robert joined the IT workforce as a salesman for Memorex Corporation, a $1BB competitor of the IBM Corporation. Following his tenure at Memorex, Robert entered the IT Staffing/Recruiting field, working for Robert Half International, in the Charlotte office, in 1994. Robert has remained in the IT Staffing/Recruiting Industry, assisting various companies with established offices or as startup entities, to become successful. Having placed hundreds of IT professionals into key roles, Robert is proud to be a part of career development in the Charlotte community and has been an active member of many IT organizations, including the Charlotte Chamber IT group, ISACA, SIM and the Digital Ball. Robert is also active in supporting such community organizations as the Salvation Army, Urban Ministry Center, Freedom Schools, and the Men’s Shelter. Robert, his wife Joyce, and their families are proud to call Charlotte their home.

Alice Grove is a Concord, North Carolina native and has worked in the recruiting industry her entire career. Alice graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Communication Studies and quickly fell in love with the search business. Alice and Robert starting working together in 2009 and saw the vision to start Jones Grove IT Recruiting in 2012. Alice enjoys being a part of the Charlotte IT community and the relationships that have formed. Alice, her husband and children enjoy living in Charlotte and take advantage of everything the city has to offer. Personally, Alice enjoys gardening, art, traveling (some place tropical) and trying new restaurants.

Jacob Grove is a Huntersville, North Carolina native. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a double major in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Jacob spent 10 years working as an Electrical Engineer for Ingersoll Rand, General Electric, and Jacob’s Engineering. Jacob acquired his Professional Engineering license in 2013. Jones Grove is able to leverage his strong technology background with the firm. Jacob’s knowledge of computer science and technology provides Jones Grove’s clients with a higher level of expertise. Jacob and his wife are active in the Charlotte community, supporting such organizations as Myers Park Presbyterian Church and the Piedmont Chapter of the Lupus Foundation. Jacob is an avid triathlete and loves to play all sports. He is a proud father of two sons and owner of two Scottish Terrier’s. When he's not searching or exercising, he would prefer to be on the beach with his family!
